Kent children's and young person's mental health service - CYMPHS

Helplines providing emotional and crisis support for everyone affected by mental health, 24 hours 7 days a week.

Anna Freud Centre for children and families

We’re transforming mental health by working with infants, children, young people and their families, their communities and professionals to deliver timely evidence-based support for all.

Runs self-help groups across the UK for anyone affected by alcohol use issues.

ABS Anorexia & Bulimia Care

Providing support and ongoing care for anyone affected by eating disorders.

A national charity run by people with lived experience of anxiety, aiming to support you.

Bereavement Advice Centre

Website and helpline provides help and practical issues following a bereavement and provides signposting to other support organisations.

National self-help organisation supporting everyone affected by depression.

Offers specialist one to one support and expert advice for people living with dementia.

Debt/Money Advice Service

Independent, free service providing information on all money related matters.

Education support partnership

Provides free, confidential counselling for education staff including an online chat service.

Postnatal Illness

Support for women who experience postnatal depression.

Stay Alive

The Stay Alive app is a suicide prevention resource for the UK, packed full of useful information and tools to help you stay safe in crisis. You can use it if you are having thoughts of suicide or if you are concerned about someone else who may be considering suicide.
